A Little History.

I’ve been working in the video game industry since 2011. My first few jobs were in production, leading teams to make core and casual mobile games. In 2014, I was asked to focus on building teams that directly interacted with players, which included most of liveops: player support, social media management, forums, email marketing, in-game events, network operations, pretty much anything that involved player communication and observation. My career has included companies like Epic Games, Riot Games, and Gameloft, as well as a few small mobile game startups with some great friends.

It has been my privilege to have been at these companies at key points in their development, from startup to explosion at global scale of more than 450 million players. I’ve had a front seat on some of the most wild rides in the gaming industry. Whenever we go on journeys we inevitably makes friends along the way and a key principle I try to live by is to add value to every interaction. This idea has opened doors to working on a variety of products and industries outside of gaming, such as enterprise software development, corporate operations, and business process outsourcing.

I’m a very curious person and greatly enjoy work in all its various aspects.
